Handmade card machining operations – enriching our designsAccolinecards has its own pressroom and experienced workers. We do die cutting, embossing and hot foiling. CMYK and PANTONE printing is outsourced to a local ISO-certified company. All machining operations have to pass our quality control checks before further processing.Accolinecards has its own pressroom for embossing, hot foiling and die-cutting handmade greeting cards. Our machines fit A3 and A4 formats.
The machines are “Made in Thailand”, so there are always spare-parts available, and the local workmen know how to maintain them. Naturally, the quality of this job mainly depends on the experience of the machine operators. Our foreman has 20 years experience working with these machines, in Bangkok factories. Consequently, Accolinecards can perform maintenance and repairs on our presses in-house, not losing time in our manufacture work flow. We also train apprentices for machine work under his supervision. We work with a variety of stamping and pressing tools. The blocks for die-cutting are made by a trusted local company, using robust steel bands from Japan and Germany. We understand that the high quality of our handmade greeting cards starts with high quality tools and equipment.
The CMYK - and if required PANTONE printing, as well as laminating our handmade greeting cards is outsourced to a local ISO-certified company. Printing is done using German and Japanese machines which ensures a high quality finish. Before further processing the printed paper, it has to pass Accolinecards strict quality control. |
